IKHWELOLethu

IKHWELOLethu is a programme within bumb’INGOMSO, based in the Eastern Cape. It is aimed at 10- to 14-year-olds, creating awareness of the self and others, with a specific focus on gender identity, expression, and role expectations. The programme supports young people in finding a comfortable space where they can be themselves, no matter how different they may feel from others. It aims to cultivate empathy among youth and foster an appreciation that diversity and difference enrich our communities.
